OUR TEAM

Sheralyn and her husband Nathan have been married for 24 years and have two beautiful daughters.  They have been blessed to serve as a family at Cornerstone for the past 10 years, first as youth pastor and then as lead pastor since 2018. Sheralyn has been involved in ministry for the past 30 years ranging from children’s to youth and families. She has a heart for the Lord and for loving others. It is her prayer that everyone who visits Cornerstone in person or online experiences God’s abundant love.

 Tim is a single father and a student at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary getting his Master of Divinity (MDiv). He formerly served in Children’s ministry and was on staff at former North Heartland Community Church. As a former non-believer, Tim has a heart for Christian apologetics and helping teens grow in their faith through the discovery of the historical Jesus of Nazareth. Tim's goal is to create an environment where teens have the freedom to explore as they discover and strengthen their faith while giving them an anchor to hold onto. 

Sarah has two kids whom she loves very much, and she has a passion for all kids having the opportunity to learn about God's love. She has a heart for working with children, as they are the future generation. Sarah does her best to teach them with love, in a way they will understand. Sarah understands how critical it is to teach children about God from an early age as it is formative for the rest of their life. Whether it is Sunday morning or throughout the week, you will find Sarah loving on our kids!
